With the rising costs of renting practice facilities, coaches face the challenge of finding creative ways to continue offering quality training. At the same time, parents want their children to have opportunities to be coached in a variety of disciplines. To address these challenges, several strategies can be implemented:

• Payment Plans: Offering flexible payment schedules can make participation more accessible for families.

• Incentive Programs: Providing discounts or rewards for early registration, referrals, or consistent attendance can encourage participation and ease financial pressure.

• Fundraising: Organizing fundraising events can help offset facility costs and keep program fees manageable for all participants.
  

• Sponsorships: Local business sponsorships or community partnerships can provide additional funding, helping coaches maintain or even expand their offerings.

Who We Are

Irvine is a supportive and energetic community for young athletes who want to run, jump, throw, and grow! We focus on developing skills, building confidence, and having fun through the sport of track and field.

Programs & Age Groups

We offer training and competition for all youth age groups:

• Ages 5–8: Mini Sprinters
• Ages 9–11: Junior Runners
• Ages 12–14: Varsity Stars
